Edwards Architecture were successful in the design competition to create Lynwood Care Village. A new development of 34 high-quality two bedroom apartments for independent living, along with a medical centre, for the relocation of Park house GP Practice and a central community facility.
The scheme site within a conservation area and is clad in natural stone to sit comfortably within its surroundings. The external facade has been commended by the planning officers and local residents.
Lynwood House has been a forerunner showcasing how BIM may be of benefit to similar future projects and how the client themselves may benefit long term.
