About the project

The project involved the careful restoration and conversion of the existing Grade II* listed house in Longhirst, together with the conversion of the existing convention centre into individual townhouses. The approach brings historic character and contemporary residential use together, respecting the hall’s distinctive architectural features while giving the existing buildings a new purpose.
