About the project

Lynwood House brings later living accommodation and a doctors’ surgery together in Lanchester. Stone elevations, pitched roofs and timber detailing give the development a distinctive character, while balconies, landscaped gardens and shared terraces connect the apartments with outdoor space. Inside, generous glazing and exposed timber roof structures create welcoming communal spaces. Delivered with contractor Galliford Try, the project received numerous awards.
