The Ropes

Seven contemporary townhouses in Ouseburn for Modo Bloc.

The Ropes in Ouseburn at dusk, with illuminated townhouse entrances, timber-clad bays and tall glazing

About the project

The Ropes brings a contemporary residential development to Ouseburn. A strong rhythm of tall glazing and timber-clad bays defines the townhouse elevations, with brickwork at the lower level and dark framing giving the scheme a distinctive architectural character.
